All orders placed on our site will be sent within the UK only using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday will be dispatched the same working day for items shown as "In Stock" and usually delivered the next day before 1pm.
Where there is a lead time on an item, this is the time we estimate (after placing your order) before your order will be dispatched from our warehouse. Each product shows the stock availability of an item. Please allow extra time for orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays.
A signature will be required to accept delivery of goods and verify receipt. If you are not in when Royal Mail attempt to deliver you order, don't worry they will leave a card and your order will be taken back to your post office depot, for you to collect. All you have to do is take the card within 1 week along with identification to the sorting office and pick up your order.
Initially, delivery will be within the UK only. However, we will be providing overseas delivery in the near future.
Alternatively, you can always have your order delivered to another address, such as where you work. You just need to specify that this is your delivery address when you place your order.
We're sorry if it's taking longer than you expected. It could be due to a number of reasons. First see if your item has already been shipped by signing into your account. Only registered customers can sign into their account, so please ensure you register when placing your order.
