If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a refund within 7 days of you receiving your order. This is subject to our terms. Goods can only be refunded if the following procedure is followed. Labels must not be removed and item must be returned in original packaging. Please ensure that when you try on item that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for goods.
Any refunds will be made using the same method used for initial transaction. Please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order.
Your refund will not include any postage cost incurred when ordering or returning goods, unless you are exchanging an item, upon which your re-delivery will be free of charge.
We do not accept responsibility for failure to comply with washing instructions, general wear and tear or third party damage i.e. dry cleaners.
For your own protection we recommend that you return your goods via Royal Mail Recorded Special Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
